For as long as I can remember, I have always had a love for animals. I can thank my grandmother for that love and passion, as she was the person who surrounded me with all kinds of animals growing up. It has always been a dream of mine to help animals and care for them, which led me onto the Veterinarian path. I attended UC Davis and received my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in 2017. I then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in May 2022. I did get to spend my 4th year of veterinary school at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine to complete my clinical studies.
For my hobbies, I enjoy watching sports, especially basketball, trying new food places, and exploring museums and art galleries. Most importantly to me, I enjoy spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends. I have 2 dogs, Kaiya and Harley, who always keep me on my toes and enjoy lounging around with me as well.
