One of the best vets we’ve seen. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and great with our cat. Margaret (the vet) was very caring and informative about what was going on. She laid out the different potential issues very clearly for us. Just hours after leaving the vet and our cat is already acting much more lively and healthy.
My pup has been going to Crystal Springs Pet Hospital for two years and I couldn’t be happier with them. I’m especially appreciate of Dr. Margaret Hoppe, who is always so kind and helpful, and even helps us over email when one of my pup’s recurring UTIs start back up. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hoppe and Crystal Springs Pet Hospital!
It’s very nerve wracking when going to a new vet. We are happy we found this place. The doctors and staff are friendly and caring. Their pricing seem fair which is important to those of us with fixed income.
After jumping from vet to vet I have found my forever vet. Dr. Hoppe is very professional, caring and the cost of visits is not as much as other vets. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with her and the staff.
Fantastic service during a difficult time. My pet required a lifesaving surgery that wasn’t an option at this time and they handled it very well. Very compassionate about my pet and very understanding about my budget. I would highly recommend this vet for both emergencies and everyday care.
They are always great, very friendly, concerned and accommodating. We have had wonderful service from everyone there. When our little dog died right,before Christmas we,received the nicest letter from them. So thoughtful. Can’t praise them enough!! Barb is especially nice–a real asset!!
Very nice staff, that took my cat right away as she had stuff coming out of her eye, green gunky stuff. I had just adopted her the week before and I was not expecting this at all! I was so grateful to Dr. Wilson that examined her. The staff is very helpful, kind, and very professional.
Love this place. Love our doctor. She was well informed, relaxed, calm and reassuring everything we need and want in a Doctor. Thanks so much for your help with our puppy!
