We just took our cat to this clinic for the first time, and I am honestly blown away by how wonderful the entire experience was. Dr. Cherry was absolutely amazing—so sweet, gentle, and patient with our cat. She took the time to explain everything in such a clear and comforting way, and she never made us feel bad for asking even the smallest or silliest questions.

The whole staff was kind and welcoming, and you can truly feel how much they care. Walking out, I felt such a huge sense of relief knowing we finally have a veterinary clinic we trust completely. Our cat was calm, we felt heard, and every concern was addressed with so much compassion.

I've been taking both of my pets (10 y/o dog and 15 y/o cat) to Crystal Springs for years now. I can always depend on a great experience. All of the doctor's, vet techs, and staff are very responsive, kind, and take the time to examine my pets whether it's their annual check-up or an urgent visit. I truly appreciate the reception team who helps me refill prescriptions and treats me and my pets like family.

We couldn’t be happier with Crystal Springs! We used to take our dogs to a clinic in San Francisco, but after moving to the Peninsula, we received great recommendations about this place—and they did not disappoint!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was amazing. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything to us in detail. They also have a great selection of food for dogs with dietary restrictions, which was a huge plus. The vet was just as wonderful—knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring.

Another big highlight is their extended hours—they’re open until 8 p.m., which makes it so convenient for anyone needing to bring their pet in after work.

We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend Crystal Springs to anyone looking for a fantastic vet. We love it here!

We’ve been going to this vet clinic for almost 10 years and each time has been unsatisfactory. it’s a different vet each time. Every one of them seemed disinterested and seemed to not care at all about my pets health and issues. They didn’t check my cat’s teeth, I had to prompt it myself. It wasn’t until I went to a different clinic that I saw the vast difference in care and compassion that is severely lacking here. Some of the vets seemed biased. Didn’t show any concern over my cat’s wellbeing but was much more enthusiastic with the family dog. My concerns were addressed with indifference and a cold attitude. Highly recommend seeking an alternative vet service for your pets. The front desk however has always been very nice and welcoming. It’s unfortunate the actual care given is not by them.
